I work with individuals, couples, and families on many life problems and issues.
I have a general psychological practice, as well as offering a specialty in trauma-related disorders.
My Approach
My training and experience have helped me recognize the internal issues and behavioral patterns that can lead to feeling stuck or unsatisfied with yourself, your relationships, your career, or other life pursuits.
My role is to provide a facilitating environment where you can safely explore and work through the relevant issues involving yourself and your relationships.
I treat primarily adults and adolescents who vary in age, stage of life, and cultural background. I also treat couples and families. Many people I see have achieved a degree of success, but remain unsatisfied with some aspect of their life. Despite that success, they may experience self-esteem issues, battle anxiety or depression, have unresolved trauma, or struggle with an addiction, or in their relationships. Some feel unsatisfied with work life.

Certified EMDR Practitioner
What is EMDR Therapy? Learn More
Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) is a form of psychotherapy developed to help people resolve symptoms resulting from disturbing and unresolved life experiences. It uses a structured approach to address past, present, and future aspects of disturbing memories. EMDR helps the brain reprocess these traumatic memories, alleviating the resulting emotional and psychological negative effects, including PTSD, anxiety, phobias, depression attachment disorders, etc.
I have been using EMDR successfully with adults, adolescents, and couples for the past 30 years.
