Fees & Session Lengths

Individual Psychotherapy: 45 minutes (procedure code 90834) $200 - $225*

Initial Psychological Assessment: 60 minutes (procedure code 90791) $300

Individual Psychotherapy: 60 minutes (procedure code 90837) $270 - $325*

*higher fees are charged for family & couples sessions, as well as Dissociative & Complex Trauma diagnoses.

Payment

I accept payment by debit or credit card, a written check, or cash.  (For credit or debit card processing, a 3% bank fee charge will be assessed.) For your first appointment, I ask for your credit/debit card information to hold your appointment time.

Insurance Information

Please note that I am not an in-network provider for any insurance plan. Many of my patients do obtain reimbursement for out-of-network psychotherapy, which is an option if you currently have a PPO plan. At your request, I will provide a billing statement, which can be submitted to your insurance carrier for reimbursement. It is important to check with your health insurance to determine your benefits for out-of-network providers. Additionally, I am not a Medicare provider but can provide a billing statement for possible reimbursement with your secondary coverage as well as Medicare.
